What You'll Do:

  • Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and referrals in the Greater Austin area
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive customer service, regular performance reviews, and cross-selling our portfolio
  • Tailor hardware, software, and service-based solutions to client needs
  • Work with internal specialists to conduct hardware and software demos, proof-of-concepts, and create SOWs
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with strategic support
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and deliver insightful sales reports
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a confident communicator
  • Tech-savvy, coachable, and goal-oriented
