• Perform floor/grout maintenance tasks including color sealing or providing a protective coat to grout lines, regrouting, mopping, and using our machine to buff floors

• Clean and sanitize floors using appropriate techniques and equipment

• Provide professional - quality service with a high level of attention to detail

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working

• Have self drive and a positive attitude

• Timely and customer focused

• Previous experience in floor care and maintenance preferred - but if not, we will teach on the job

• Must have transportation to and from the office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to start work as early as 7am until job completion Monday - Friday; occasional Saturday work; No night time work

• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and use the machinery to complete the floor work

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
