Caffe Ibis is a 49-year-old artisan coffee roasting house based in Logan, Utah. Our mission is rooted in quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing. Full time hours per week)

Monday-Friday approximately 7:30am -4:30PM

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities

· Accept and process customer orders via wholesale portal, phone, email, and website

· Interact positively with customers to understand needs and provide solutions

· Learn and understand coffee profiles, brew methods, and appropriate industry language through cupping and guided sensory training

· Accurately create orders, and maintain customer records

· Process and record customer payments

· Analyze and resolve customer issues, including creation of credit memos when appropriate

· Assist with collections and accounts receivable follow-up

· Work closely with sales, administrative, and service/repair staff to support customer satisfaction and business goals

· Assist with basic website maintenance as needed

· Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

· Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn the industry

· Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Minimum one year of successful customer service experience

· High level of integrity and ability to protect confidential customer information

· General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to follow generally accepted accounting principles

· Proficiency with QuickBooks, SPS Commerce, Excel, and other MS office applications

· Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills

· Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Desire for continuous learning and professional growth

Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
