About the Role

Join our client, a mission-driven AI startup transforming drug development. Inspired by the enormous inefficiencies in how therapies reach patients today, our client is building the autonomy software stack to eliminate bottlenecks in drug development. You'll join an engineering-led team that merges Silicon Valley software innovation with deep life sciences expertise. At this critical early stage, your contributions will directly help solve one of the pharmaceutical industry's most urgent challenges: streamlining the journey from drug discovery to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-powered tools using LLMs, modern data infrastructure, and cutting-edge web technologies.
• Own product features end-to-end, working across large-scale data pipelines and intuitive web applications.
• Collaborate directly with customers—from emerging biotechs to major pharma firms—to solve real-world coordination and decision-making challenges.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship solutions that unify and analyze critical datasets to optimize drug development decisions.
• Enhance decision-support systems relied upon by industry professionals to accelerate therapies to market.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years as a generalist or full-stack software engineer.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience across backend, frontend, and data pipeline development.
• Problem-solver with strong analytical skills and an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in high-growth startups.
• React or modern JavaScript framework expertise.
• Interest in the life sciences or experience working with biotech datasets.
