One of our Top Federal Partners is looking for a Special Security Representative with an Active TS/SCI Clearance to join their team in Washington, D.C. for a long term opportunity. The Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) supports cutting-edge research and innovation to strengthen national security. To support this mission, the Special Security Representative (SSR) will provide hands-on administrative and operational support within a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and SCIF environment. This person will work closely with the DHS Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), Headquarters Security Services Division (HSSD), and Special Security Officer (SSO) teams to ensure classified information is protected in accordance with federal laws, executive orders, and Intelligence Community directives. This is a critical role supporting day-to-day SCI operations and secure access for DHS S&T personnel. Must be local to the Washington, D.C. or surrounding area and willing to sit onsite 5 days/week. REQUIREMENTS:

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of experience providing administrative and operational support for SCI programs and SCIF environments within a federal organization, including access control, clearance verification, and security compliance activities
• Proven knowledge of Intelligence Community directives, SCI policies, and SCIF security requirements with the ability to apply policy to day-to-day security operations, inspections, and compliance activities
• Proficient in using Scattered Castles and the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) for certifying incoming and outgoing visit requests and validating clearance access
• Experience supporting SCI access process, including indoctrinations, debriefings, clearance transfers, and ongoing access maintenance for cleared personnel
• Hands-on experience supporting JWICS
