WS Management is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead daily Front Desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on, hourly leadership role that works directly alongside the Front Desk team while providing structure, coaching, and consistency.This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys being on the floor, supporting guests, guiding team members in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily Front Desk and Night Audit operations
Actively work Front Desk shifts while leading the team
Coach Guest Service Agents in real time
Handle guest concerns and service recovery
Ensure accurate billing, reservations, anvd room assignments
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Serices
Support training, onboarding, and performance feedback
Partner with leadership to maintain morale, communication, and culture
Skills2+ years of Front Desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to lead peers while working the desk
Attention to detail and calm problem-solving style
Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
