Paralegal/General Liability Defense

We are seeking a General Liability Paralegal with experience in insurance defense who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and values collaboration, professionalism, and career growth. At our firm, paralegals are more than support staff—they are essential contributors to case strategy, client service, and successful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Play an integral role in managing cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Partner closely with attorneys on case strategy, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and expert materials
• Communicate with clients, insurers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Maintain deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

What You Bring:

• Proven paralegal experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative, proactive, and professional approach to your work
