Bartender – Thermal Pub at Historic Hot Lake Lodge
Location: La Grande, Oregon

Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests? The Thermal Pub, nestled within the historic Hot Lake Lodge, is looking for a friendly and skilled bartender to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Pour beer, wine, and cider with precision and knowledge.
• Craft a variety of cocktails, with a focus on quality and consistency
• Make and serve food to guests, ensuring timely and accurate orders.
• Deliver exceptional service, including exceptional table service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Engage with guests to provide a memorable experience that reflects the historic charm of Hot Lake Lodge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Uphold all safety, health, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus.
• Must be 21+ and possess required food and alcohol service permits for Oregon.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
