RESPONSIBILITIES

Full cycle bookkeeping duties

  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Compile reports to show information and statistics.
  • Update trial balances, manage profit and loss statements, etc.
  • Accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Make daily deposits
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Receive and record cash and checks
  • Various accounting, journal entries and inventory adjustments
  • Maintain depreciation schedules
  • Attention to daily mail and banking

Office Administrator

  • Make purchases for office supplies
  • Payroll using ADP
  • File and sort documents
  • Human Resources (maintain vacation, sick leave and attendance records)
  • Accept job applications
  • Purchase plate and vehicle stickers
  • Assisting co-workers and owners as required
  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Coordinating building maintenance and resolving tenant concerns and complaints
  • Showing vacant offices and warehouses, invoicing, collecting and depositing rents
  • Keeping track of lease expirations and notifying owners of same
  • Communicating regularly with owners as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 yrs Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks Online Proficient
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
