Role Overview

As a
Demand Planner
at Made by Gather, you will play a critical role in driving forecast accuracy and inventory planning across our growing portfolio of consumer products. You will partner closely with
Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, and Analytics
to translate data and market insights into actionable demand forecasts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience planning demand in consumer products, particularly for mass merchants such as Walmart, Costco, Target, and other national retailers.

What You'll Do

Forecasting & Demand Planning

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts across multiple time horizons, SKUs, and channels.
• Incorporate point-of-sale data, shipment history, promotional calendars, and market trends into statistically sound forecasts.
• Use advanced Excel tools and models (pivot tables, scenario modeling, complex formulas, automation) to support forecasting and planning decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with
