What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing milestones, resources, and timelines
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT or PMO environments
• Bachelor's degree required, along with PMP certification
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to manage project plans, RAID logs, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality and compliance standards

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience delivering Financial Application solutions, including familiarity with SAP & PeopleSoft
• Ability to draft and manage requirements for SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance
• Proven experience in Agile project environments and familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
• Experience managing and overseeing test cycles for financial applications
• Ability to coordinate after-hours cutovers for financial applications to minimize business downtime
