Overview

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. No weekends or holidays (Onsite)

  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Insurance verification
  • Patient referrals and scheduling
  • Managing pool messages
  • Answering calls and directing patients and visitors

Position Overview:
As a Registration Specialist you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You'll facilitate patient flow, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records to support both financial and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Prefer experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to learn and retain medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
