Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks

Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available

What we are offering:

• $20- $24/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications
:

• 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
