Nestlé USA, Inc. seeks multiple Sr Manager TAG (Technical Application Group) in Fremont, MI Duties: Responsible for the Healthy Snacks category and acts as a strategic partner in developing and implementing the Innovation 5 years of end-to-end experience in product development within the consumer packaged food and beverage industry; 5 years of experience in packaging, product design, and food manufacturing processes; 3 years of experience in scaling up, commissioning, and commercializing food products; 3 years of experience in technical project management utilizing stage-gate process; 2 years of experience in thermal process validation of food products; and 2 years of experience in leading teams and direct reports.
