Location: Elmira, NY
Schedule: Full time M- W 7am to 4pm/ TH 7am to 2pm
Compensation: Daily guarantee or 30% of Collections; whichever is greater

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated full-time General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active NY dental license
• Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Dental Sleep Medicine experience is a plus but not necessary
