Reporting directly to the CEO, and leading a team across new business and account growth, the VP Sales will play a key role in owning the revenue number, building a repeatable sales engine, and developing a high‑performing sales culture as the company moves into its next stage of growth.
We are looking for an experienced sales leader with strong SaaS experience, ideally from a high‑growth environment.
This will suit a commercial, hands‑on leader who is comfortable operating as a player‑coach, enjoys working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial business, and thrives on building teams and processes while still closing important deals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and level‑up a sales team to deliver measurable revenue growth
Own the sales strategy end‑to‑end: pipeline generation, conversion, and expansion - turning insights into repeatable execution
Drive forecasting discipline and operating cadence to improve predictability and performance
Build and scale a high‑performing sales engine
Requirements:
Proven ownership of SaaS revenue performance with clear examples of moving KPIs
Strong understanding of modern SaaS sales motions and the operating model required to run them
Collaborative leader who blends customer empathy with commercial decision‑making, and can partner effectively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Experience in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment, with comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
