We're looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our performance marketing team at Phlo on a full time, permanent basis. You'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across key acquisition channels, — with a particular focus on Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta and our affiliate marketing programme.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on structure, and finds satisfaction in keeping high performing campaigns clean, data accurate, and dashboards meaningful. You'll bring order to busy campaigns, support testing cycles, and work closely with the wider team to ensure every initiative is delivered with precision and insight.
If you're someone who loves driving campaign performance, digging into data, and collaborating across a high-performing team, this could be the ideal opportunity to grow in an area that helps so many with their health.
Responsibilities
Supporting the build, QA, and performance of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads and emerging channels — ensuring precision in setup and agility in optimisation
Interrogating performance data and dashboards to surface patterns, anomalies and insights that inform daily decision‑making
Leading aspects of our reporting cycles, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure clarity, narrative, and actionability in performance updates
Driving creative feedback and testing loops, contributing ideas and performance data that sharpen messaging and improve creative effectiveness
Collaborating with agencies, content creators and internal teams, playing a key role in keeping campaigns fresh, responsive and audience‑aligned
Spotting opportunities and inefficiencies, helping to shape experiments and improve channel performance, automation and conversion
Supporting lifecycle, email and product marketing rollouts, flexing into non-paid activity where acquisition goals overlap
Continually enhancing team processes and documentation, helping us scale cleanly as brand and channel complexity increases
The Person
Solid hands‑on experience in paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms, (ideally confident and competent in managing sizeable budgets)
A strong eye for detail and accuracy, especially when working with performance data and dashboards
Enjoys solving problems and creating order — with a natural drive to improve workflows, maintain campaign hygiene with a continuous improvement approach
Comfortable managing campaign delivery in platform, but also knows when to escalation or bring in senior support
Curious and commercially aware — interested in what makes campaigns perform, and motivated to learn more
A team player who's keen to support high‑performing colleagues, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a bigger role over time
Not afraid to get stuck into reporting, QA or admin — but always looking for ways to streamline and scale
Benefits
Salary between £34,000 and £38,000 depending on experience
Opportunity to join a high‑growth team of digital marketers
Collaborate closely with graphic and motion designers, external publishers and partners to deliver campaigns that are both creatively effective and clinically responsible — helping more people access healthcare services that improve their lives
33 days annual leave (inclusive of 8 bank holidays)
An extra day of annual leave for every complete year of service, up to 5 extra days
An extra day off for your Birthday to prolong the celebrations
Pension scheme - 5% employer contribution
Company Bonus Scheme - up to 10% depending on performance
Private Medical Insurance via Vitality
Duvet Days to rest and reset
8 x free professional counselling sessions to support your mental health
Bereavement Leave policy covering family, friends, pets, and miscarriage
Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay after 1 year of service
Fertility Leave to support your journey to parenthood
Charity Day to support a cause that’s important to you
Access to Premium AI tools, with ongoing training
Dependant Leave to take care of the people who rely on you
Pawternity Leave to welcome a new pet

Perkbox membership for discounts and points
£500 Employee Referral Scheme
Hybrid working, casual dress code and a great culture
