Responsibilities:
- Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations accurately according to order tickets or system prompts.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products using appropriate materials to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
- Apply correct shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Conduct visual quality checks on finished orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Must be able to handle manual lifting of products weighing up to 40 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting.
- A strong adherence to workplace safety regulations.
