Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations based on order sheets or scanner.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, using correct materials.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Ability to perform lifting of products up to 40 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
