Become a vital part of our logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas. We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will span across various functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role demands a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and above all, safety. You will be working in a dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of products, and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment, and adherence to protocols is non-negotiable. Your role supports the entire logistics process.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets, ensuring high accuracy rates.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks, maintaining organized staging areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety regulations and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, supporting the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train dedicated individuals.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
