Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of warehouse spaces.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
