We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, transport, and stack materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forklift operation, warehouse safety procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move pallets, materials, and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring clear pathways.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all guidelines for the proper use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification is required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic in logistics operations.
