You will be responsible for accurately locating and picking items from warehouse shelves, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected for each order. This physically active role involves frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order instructions.
- Verify product information and quantities during the picking process.
- Utilize RF scanners and other equipment to track inventory.
- Deliver picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE .
- Perform lifting and carrying of products as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended shifts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety .
