This position requires the ability to perform consistent lifting of products, typically up to 30 lbs, with occasional heavier items. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Perform lifting and moving of products as needed (up to 30 lbs regularly).
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking or packing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
- Ability to perform regular lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety .
