This role is critical to our operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in every stage of the order fulfillment process, from picking items on the warehouse floor to packing them securely and staging them for delivery. You'll utilize scanning technology to ensure order accuracy and contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Operate hand-held scanners for inventory and order tracking.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and operational deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- Understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
