Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Salt Lake City, Utah! This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will utilize RF scanners to locate items in the warehouse, pick them accurately, and then pack them securely for transit. This is a key position within our Logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis on Safety is required; you will be trained on proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves, to prevent injuries. The job involves significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds, repetitive motion, and prolonged periods of standing and walking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are most important. You must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a friendly work environment.
