Our Sacramento, California facility is looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This is a critical role within our Logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. Your primary duties will involve navigating narrow aisles, reaching for and placing pallets at various heights, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to Safety . You will be required to perform daily pre-operational checks on your equipment and report any issues immediately. Compliance with all company policies and OSHA regulations is paramount. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including regular Lifting of items up to 30 pounds and continuous movement throughout the shift. Proper use of PPE , including a hard hat, safety vest, and steel-toed boots, is mandatory at all times while on the warehouse floor. The successful candidate will possess a valid forklift operator certification and have a proven track record of safe operation. Experience with inventory management systems is advantageous.
