Join our growing logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona, as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately select and prepare products for shipment. This role is fundamental to our customer satisfaction, requiring precision and efficiency in fulfilling orders. You will navigate our warehouse, utilizing scanning technology to ensure the correct items are picked and staged for packing. A strong emphasis on Safety and teamwork is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to track picked items.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting of products up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product identifiers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of merchandise.
- Awareness of and commitment to warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Eagerness to work as part of a collaborative logistics team.
- Dedication to maintaining Safety standards.
