In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that all movements are properly accounted for. Your work will directly impact our logistics efficiency, order fulfillment accuracy, and overall profitability. You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement solutions to prevent future errors. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a methodical approach, and experience with inventory management systems. A keen understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to safety are vital. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and foster a culture of safety awareness. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting on stock status.
- Implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams on inventory-related issues.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
