As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various stages of order processing, from accurately picking items based on customer orders to efficiently packing them for shipment. Your responsibilities may also include receiving and stocking inventory, managing returns, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace. We value efficiency and accuracy, ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform regular Lifting, and meticulous attention to detail. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering; you will be required to strictly follow all safety procedures and wear designated PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Process customer returns and prepare items for restocking.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and assist where needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and accuracy.
- Physical capability for frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs) and standing for long durations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
