As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate various types of warehouse equipment and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Safety is our utmost priority, so you must be committed to following all safety guidelines and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock.
- Stock inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in inventory control and cycle count activities.
This position involves regular lifting and requires a strong understanding of logistics processes and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Experience with warehouse equipment is beneficial.
