Our Washington, D.C. location is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the organization of inventory within the warehouse. You'll work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment to manage the flow of goods. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all associates must follow strict protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process and prepare shipments for dispatch.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as pick-to-light systems and RF scanners.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment targets.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
