Job Summary:
Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. This role is vital for ensuring the integrity of our stock levels and supporting overall warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize inventory loss. The Inventory Control Specialist will work closely with the receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure all goods are properly accounted for from the moment they enter the facility until they are dispatched. Proficiency in using inventory management software and a keen eye for detail are essential. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in a demanding logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
