We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks to support efficient warehouse management. You will be responsible for receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and effective teamwork. The position demands physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for prolonged periods, and manual dexterity. Safety is our utmost priority, and we expect all employees to strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as instructed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals in our logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
