This role is central to our operations, involving the picking, packing, and processing of customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure that products are handled with care, orders are fulfilled correctly, and shipments are prepared for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Proper use of PPE is mandatory at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform Lifting tasks (up to 30 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
