Join our bustling Distribution Center Associate team in Provo, Utah! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your role will be essential in ensuring that products move smoothly through our facility and reach our customers on time. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts is beneficial.
