Location: Montréal office but flexible (up to 3 days remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a n Operations administrator to work closely with our CEO and leadership team as well as managing day to day administration . This strategic position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to grow into an Operations Lead role within 1–2 years .
Key Responsibilities :
• Executive Support (10%): Assist the CEO in day-to-day activities and ensure priorities are met.
• Strategic Coordination (20%): Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Finance & accounting assistance (40%): Processing invoices and expense reports, coordinating payroll with finance team; Managing subscriptions for customers, Assisting with budgeting and tracking operational expenses
• HR & employee support (10%): Onboarding new employees (setting up accounts, workspace, tools); maintaining employee records and benefits administration; Coordinating training sessions or internal communications.
• Administrative & Operational Support (10%): managing office supplies and vendor relationships; Handling incoming mail, packages and general correspondence, Liaising with IT for hardware/software needs and troubleshooting.
• Scheduling & Coordination (5%): Organizing company events, team-building activities, and travel arrangements, Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.• Business Analysis (5%): Support the CEO in drafting business cases and conducting market analysis.

Requirements :
• Academic background: Business school degree.• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• S trategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to manage projects and operations .
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a must-have.
• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience is a plus.
• More than 1 years of administrative experience is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
