Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$105,700.00/yr - $132,200.00/yrPOSITION SUMMARYWe’re looking for our next Fenty Beauty digital copy superstar: You’ll be responsible for all digital copy pertaining to the brand—leading site, email, SMS and paid advertising copy for promotional events, product launches and seasonal campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the E-commerce, CRM and Performance Marketing teams to gather and employ feedback. And manage and mentor a small team of copywriters. Your copy is clear, clever and consumer-focused with a sense of humor and attitude that stays with ‘em. You’re very detail-oriented and data-hungry, but can also keep the big picture in mind. You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
