CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES MANAGER!

$120,000 + BONUS

REMOTE WITH 75% TRAVEL.

You will perform a wide variety of duties which include managing and leading the US regional sales team and responsible for a defined territory for the melting, heating and steel markets.

Looking for someone with successful Capital Equipment Sales and Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate technical products, services, and solutions. Provide assistance in the best application of the product portfolio. Manage and lead US regional sales team and a defined territory for the melting, heating and steel markets. Coordinate Company technical engineering services to determine customer needs. Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, etc., and write orders subject to Company policy and maintain salesforce database. Negotiate sales contracts – Systems and retrofit business segments. Investigate product/services warranty claims and ensure resolution of customer complaints following marketing policies. Develop data relative to customer base trends, competitive products and pricing and submit reports to management. Maintain constant customer contact to ensure long term satisfaction and development of professional relationships. Attend trade shows REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a mechanical/electrical engineering discipline or equivalent related experience.

Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem solving, and technical writing skills required. Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACT, Access, and Project. Ability to read, analyze and interpret schematics, business documents and statistical reports. Ability to effectively communicate with and present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in the company.
