Heidelberg Materials' Group Legal department is providing first class legal services to the Group's management, to other Group functions and to our German operations. Our objective is to help steering the Group and its operations into the right direction and to protect the company against legal risks.

As Administrative Assistant Group Legal (f/m/d) you will be one of the administrative backbones of our team and support our lawyers in their daily work.

You will directly report to the position Director Group Legal & Compliance. You will be based in our headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.

  • managing the day-to-day work of our lawyers and provide administrative support.
  • arranging business travels and take care of visa formalities for the team members.
  • supporting organization of meetings and events, pro-actively assemble and prepare meeting material and take care of logistic aspects.
  • optimizing the way the team works together and to find new tools that can make Group Legal more efficient.
  • actively supporting the preparation and improvement of presentations.
