Key accountabilities include:
Support the wider Sales Team with agent booking enquiries and development account administration across UK & Ireland.
Own and maintain the Academy inbox providing support for travel agent queries and escalations across UK & Ireland.
Support official communication of commercial campaigns, priorities, brand updates and itinerary deviations to the wider agent audience.
Work collaboratively across all teams within the Princess Team to ensure the successful delivery of the sales team goals and efficient and effective delivery of campaign strategies.
Support the development of the travel agent online training programme, Princess Academy Online, delivering training content and benefits that are relevant and engaging for Travel Agent partners.
Ensure content, with correct product and policy information, is always up to date with new courses to be introduced relevant for the wider business objectives.
Creating assets and communications utilising numerous channels such as social media, email, trade press and web-based content.
Support in the delivery of key travel agent events.
This role is classified as CUK10 and is available on a full‑time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in our Southampton office.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Experience within a sales/marketing/commercial/PR environment.
Project/event coordination.
Basic understanding of marketing tools, including social media and content management systems.
Proven experience of working in a team.

About You: The Ideal Candidate
Experience of working in a sales environment in the travel industry.
Knowledge of the cruise industry.
Experience using social media management tools, CRM platforms (HTML), and or CMS platforms.
Basic experience in design tools such as Canva.
Proven experience of working in a team.
