With ambitious growth plans across the portfolio, digital marketing plays a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue and to elevate our digital capabilities we are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead this evolution. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy across all Elite Leisure Collection brands and our sister brand, Presence & Co. This role is responsible for developing and delivering an integrated, data-led digital marketing strategy across all channels, including paid media, CRM, websites, SEO, content, social media, and PR. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and develop a high-performing digital team, manage third-party agencies, and act as a key strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities. Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, events or a multi-brand environment Hands on experience across paid media, CRM, performance marketing, SEO, and websites Experience leading teams and managing external agencies and partners Commercial mindset with the ability to link digital activity to revenue and business performance Strong analytical skills with confidence translating data into insight and action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Solid understanding of GDPR and best practice in data and CRM management Eligibility to work in the UK Experience with marketing automation and customer journey mapping Experience supporting seasonal or event-led campaigns Knowledge of hospitality, leisure or visitor attraction marketing Personal Attributes

Develop, own, and deliver the digital marketing strategy across all Elite Leisure Collection brands, aligned with commercial and business objectives Oversee all digital touchpoints including CRM and email marketing, social media, PR, SEO, PPC, websites, and Meta advertising Build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Marketing, providing insight on digital performance, growth opportunities and keeping ahead of industry trends and updates Champion a data-led, customer-centric approach across all digital and CRM activity, embedding best practice across the wider business Lead internal briefings to ensure the wider Digital Marketing team is aligned and effectively executing brand and sister-brand strategies Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram), driving strong ROI against commercial and sales targets Execute and optimise monthly Meta and LinkedIn advertising activity for Presence & Co in line with their marketing strategy Oversee PPC strategy and delivery through third-party partners, setting clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks Monitor, review, and challenge third-party partner performance to ensure continuous improvement and maximum ROI Manage and forecast digital marketing budgets and media spend Work closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports revenue and business targets Websites & SEO
Oversee website strategy across all brands in collaboration with third-party specialists, delivering continuous improvements, new features, and optimised user journeys Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, rankings, and conversion performance Regularly review and challenge third-party web and SEO partner performance to ensure strong commercial impact and alignment with business objectives Content Marketing
Lead email marketing and newsletter strategies across all brands, ensuring effective use of the CRM platform for segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and retention Approve all email marketing campaigns and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency, legal compliance, and quality standards Oversee organic social media strategies delivered by the Social Media Executive and freelance partners Lead blog and content strategies across all brands, working with third-party specialists to support SEO performance and brand visibility Create the social media and engagement strategies across all brands and oversee the implementation, linking and reporting on engagement’s contribution to wider marketing efforts PR & Partnerships
Implement and direct on press and media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & Partnerships Assistant Approve all final press releases to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and strategic relevance Sign off community partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations in line with brand and commercial objectives CRM & Marketing Automation
Co-own the CRM and marketing automation strategy alongside the Marketing Analyst, evolving the platform into a fully integrated, revenue-driving, customer-centric system Oversee the management, governance, and integrity of the customer database, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate data capture across internal and third-party systems Lead the development and optimisation of customer journeys across all brands, including welcome, post-stay, loyalty, re-engagement, and event-based journeys Establish a structured review framework for automated journeys, ensuring quarterly and annual reviews aligned with business and seasonal priorities Use CRM insight to inform wider digital strategy, campaign planning, and commercial decision-making Define KPIs and reporting frameworks across all digital channels, CRM activity, and third-party partners Deliver weekly performance reports translating data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations Lead a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise campaigns, customer journeys, user experience and conversion performance
