Job Description
Provide administrative support to the sales team daily
Confident telephone manner when liaising with customer on telephone
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
Respond to customer enquiries and communicate with internal sales staff
Follow company policies and sales procedures
Any other ad-hoc sales administrative duties
Desired Experience
Experience in a sales administration or administrative support role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
