Join The Wireless Logic Adventure:
Primarily supporting the Global Sales & Marketing and associated functions in maintaining and updating the Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. Building reports and dashboards to support projects and act as the primary contact for support issues via Zendesk. The successful candidate will work with the Sales teams and administer the CRM tools, ensure Salesforce hygiene as well as providing business reporting and analysis.
Act as the Salesforce Superuser for the Wireless Logic group, capturing issues via Zendesk as the first point of contact, escalating to Level 2 Support where necessary and keeping the team updated through to completion
Work with Level 2 Support on future development requirements and software updates within Salesforce, delivering training to the team where required
Support the wider Group Revenue Team in their objectives, detailing all pipeline movements and revenue data across the group, drilling down into each region by combining data from Salesforce and group revenue documents
Support in the Forecast Commitment process, ensuring reports and dashboards are updated and participating in the monthly calls
Ensure data contained within Salesforce is kept up to date, supporting the team where needed, e.g. account ownership movements, opportunity dates, etc.
Maintain and develop reports and dashboards either existing or new, to support business functions and Opcos
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to produce reports and dashboards, enabling us to track all inbound leads and monitor their progress through to conversion, giving us a better insight into the ROI of our marketing campaigns
Assist with the company integration plan to combine all instances of Salesforce into a single CRM platform to be used by all regions within WL
Ensure the Sales Operations section of our company’s intranet remains up to date and secure
Support the Sales team where required
Provide Salesforce training for new starters as required
Work closely with Finance and Customer Service departments to resolve issues and queries
The Secret Sauce:
Salesforce experience (2+ years) – 1st level support, report and dashboard creation
Analytical and data‑oriented mindset
Microsoft Office experience – specifically Excel (pivot tables/lookups) Word & PowerPoint
Hands on B2B sales experience preferred but not essential
Power BI experience beneficial
Proactive and self‑motivated
Detail and accuracy oriented with a challenging/inquisitive mindset
Able to prioritise workload and stay organised
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Commercial, etc. at multiple levels
Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Very self‑motivated with proven record of effective self‑management
Thorough and methodical approach with attention to detail
Ability to operate effectively under pressure and work to deadlines
Ability to change approach in a fast‑evolving market
