Role Summary
We are looking for a Fulfilment & Production Supervisor to oversee daily order processing and production activities. This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in tasks such as order picking, packing, inventory handling, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining safety standards and supporting team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise and guide team members in assembling and preparing goods for shipment.
• Monitor quality standards, inspect products, and implement corrective actions for defects.
• Manage receiving, organizing, and allocation of materials for production.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory for easy access and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate movement of materials and finished products to designated locations.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promptly address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely reporting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Schedule and manage staffing, including weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising production, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and monitor performance effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude for handling equipment and processes.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
