Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and re-assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Review data and make clinical adjustments as needed
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Provide parent training (in-person and/or via telehealth)

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) – required
• Prior experience providing ABA services (in-home preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Professional communication and organization skills
