Cleaning Professional

Bakers Dirty Work is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, consistency, and takes pride in detailed cleaning.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Most days are 9:30 AM–2:30/3:00 PM
• Some days may run as late as 5:00 PM
• We are looking for someone available all five weekdays - shifts are consistent unless a client changes or cancels

Pay & Perks

• $15 per hour
• Tips are yours to keep (may be cash or added to your paycheck)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel outside the local Williamsport, South Williamsport, and Montoursville areas
• All cleaning supplies provided
• After 90 days, a AAA membership will be provided

Job Duties & Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role and requires:

• Deep cleaning and detailed cleaning of residential homes
• Standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and moving furniture
• Working independently and staying on task throughout the day
• Consistency and reliability — this role is essential to our daily operations
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

You must be comfortable using mobile apps, including:

• Outlook
• Square
• Buddy Punch
• Google Maps

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to be part of a small, growing business
