About Us
We are a growing commercial hood cleaning and kitchen exhaust services company serving restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the area. We are looking for a dependable, organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) and past-due balances
- Make outbound and inbound phone calls to customers (billing, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Coordinate scheduling and job paperwork
- Pick up and drop off equipment or supplies as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects
- Support management with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Basic computer skills (email, invoicing software, spreadsheets)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior office, admin, or bookkeeping experience is a plus (but not required)
