As Office Manager, you are the operational and cultural leader of the practice. You drive results, support your team, protect the patient experience, and partner with doctors to grow the office - while always doing what's right for the patient.

This is not a capped, stagnant position. Your base salary is strong - and your total income grows as the practice grows.
Location: FLOSS Dental – Houston Midtown
Work Setting: In-person
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Monthly Performance Bonuses: tied to office growth & collections
Income is NOT capped: as the office grows, your compensation grows
Raises and bonuses are performance-based — not time-based
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone we call "batteries included."
You are proactive, organized, confident, and take ownership without being asked.
2+ years of dental office experience (Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or Senior Front Office)
Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment presentation, and financial systems
Confident leading a team, driving accountability, and solving problems
Organized, metrics-driven, and growth-minded
Someone building a long-term career — not looking to "just manage a desk"
If you have not worked in a dental office — this role is not for you
What You'll DoOffice Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily administrative and front office operations
- Lead, train, and support front office and treatment coordination team members
- Maintain efficient scheduling, patient flow, and team communication
- Ensure office systems, policies, and standards are followed
Financial Performance & Growth
- Monitor production, collections, case acceptance, and AR
- Support treatment coordinators with financial presentations and objection handling
- Oversee insurance verification, claims, and follow-up processes
- Actively drive office growth - your bonus is directly tied to results
Patient Experience & Culture
- Ensure a high-level patient experience from first call to final visit
- Handle escalations professionally and compassionately
- Protect and reinforce FLOSS culture, values, and standards
- Lead by example — attitude, accountability, and professionalism matter
