Mattison is seeking a new team member to serve as a Talent Development Specialist for the Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation and Mattison.

The Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation's mission is to inform, encourage and empower individuals to pursue a career in the construction industry, ultimately leading to a more sustainable workforce. ICRF strives for every Hoosier to have the knowledge and ability to access and develop a career in the construction industry and related fields.

About the Position

The Talent Development Specialist will:

· design, implement, and evaluate training

· enhance employee skills

· foster professional growth

· support organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Design & Delivery

· Develop and facilitate onboarding and training for staff.

· Create curriculum and learning materials aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.

· Incorporate adult learning principles and technology-based solutions (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual training).

· Recommend innovative learning approaches, including micro-learning and blended learning models.

· Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and progress.

Qualifications

Preferred:

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience in training, learning, or workforce development roles.

· Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS (Coassemble) platforms.

· Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

· Familiarity with EOS.

The Talent Development Specialist will be employed by Mattison, a national association management company headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Work Environment and Schedule

Mattison's offices are headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. This position is required to work from Indianapolis, IN.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel throughout the city of Indianapolis may be required.

Salary

$75,000-$85,000 annually
